Kellog's (non) Rice Crispies taste terrible.

How do I get a message thru to the management of this lot? My complaints and the complaints of all the other ex-users of Kellogg's (non)Rice Crispies Vanilla are answered by their public relations department. 1. No one likes this *******. 2. Not made of rice 3. Original product imported from UK at double the price. (this defeats their claim of Vanilla flavored junk being made of local wheat.) 4. Lack of proof that their top management, their kids and grandkids like this *******.
