Kellogg's your service or lack thereof is shocking!!

A few months ago I chipped my two front teeth while eating Kellogg's Cornflakes....True story and apparently not an isolated event. This led to a tedious process of getting quotes to have it fixed after having them pick up the left over packet of cornflakes, pictures of my teeth and purchase date...After submitting all the documentation I was told to get a quote on the repair, I had no money for this but was told that this needed to be done and I had to pay for it and claim back. I found a reasonably priced dentist who advised me that he could attempt to fix the two chipped teeth with a filling but while working on the tooth he could not guarantee this would work but it was the most economical option....R1600 for both teeth. Reasonable? Yes but instead of assisting me Kellogg's are worried about covering themselves legally and not assisting there customers. I was forwarded emails with legal terms that I don't even understand. In addition to this they want the payment limited to the quote. When I tried to explain that the dentist would do their best but worst case scenario he would have to stabilise the teeth some other way while I was on in the chair and that could increase the cost but that I would only know this once he started on it. This just created more delays as I am still awaiting feedback with my chipped teeth that are now painful. This has taken months to settle, back and forth....all the while my teeth keep chipping away because of its now weakened state?? How do companies worth billions not step up and fix what surely is a drop in the ocean for them? I am clearly not out to exploit anyone, I just need them to agree to the condition that should something happen during the "fix" that they will pay for it. I am horrified that I have had to deal with this for months and the "gap" is affecting my speech as well as what food I eat as I am scared of additional damage. I was requested to even break down the cost of the repair as in....'how many swabs, what material, what equipment ect " would be used prior to going to the dentist for a R1600 quote for two teeth?? I have been nothing but patient and kind and understanding! Well it stops here as I have had to endure this for months and KELLOGG'S you can do better than this. No attempt was even made to compensate for the discomfort and instil confidence in your brand!
