Kellogg's Rice Crispies - bad product

a few weeks ago i bought a box of, what i thought to be, Kellogg's rice crispies. to my dismay the product that was in the packaging was nothing like the rice crispies that my family and i came to love. instead it was this soggy mess of non-popping, non-crackling no-snap **** porridge. it was just absolutely terrible. i have subsequently contacted the Kellogg's company via email (please email below), which i got from their website. i have yet to receive a response from them. i am absolutely disgusted by their lack of response and as such has decided that i will no longer be supporting any of their products, be it corn flakes, coco-pops or noodles etc..

original email: To whom it may concern

I hereby wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding the purchasing of what can only be described as a box of **** Kellogg’s Rice Crispies. The box was bought at PnP Tokai Junction, in Cape Town. We bought the box at a special price from store during a sale that the store had. We avid users of all products Kellogg’s from cereal to noodles and has always supported the brand. This is the 1st time that we have so disappointed with any of the company’s products. Instead of posting it on Hello Peter, I have decided, out of respect for the brand, to email company directly. The Rice Crispies that we have bought not only looks **** but also tastes ****, pretty much like the brands that we have tried before. Further to this, it does not have the right texture, shape and also the signature “Snap, Crackle and Pop” when pouring milk over it. Suffice to say my family is very disappointed with the product and I would like to see this addressed
