kelloggs Pringles Chips

it is with great sadness to write this email. upon informing kelloggs on the stale and broken Pringles chips that was bought for an international gathering. I have received a R60 voucher for my compansatition attached please fund the quantity of purchase was 12 units of 100g all of which was stale and broken this has had such a negative impact on my international platform.

I request that this be handled by the Executive Office of Kelloggs
