Kellogg's full of Worm

I had purchased 2 boxes on 1 kg Kellogg's cornflakes in March from a well know supermarket. To my wife and I's disgust we found weevils and worms in the cornflakes which only expire in the 11th month of 2018. We had contacted Kellogg's about this and was advised that they would have these boxes fetched which they did 2days after my complaint. A month goes by with no response from Kellogg's. My wife gives them a call and she was told that a letter with coupons had been sent and would be at the post office. I went and collected this letter which advised that Kellogg's was sorry for this incident and that there was R 150 in coupons for me to use on any Kellogg's products. When i looked for the coupons i only found 3 x R 10 coupons, seems like when they sent the letter whoever sent it didn't know how to read or count. Keep in mind i had Paid R 108 for both packs. This is utter **** and to have to wait so long for a reply from them is unacceptable.
