Kelloggs Frozen Cereal- Stale

Good day<br> <br> I have purchased a box of cereal from Checkers Hyper , the Kellogg's Frozen limited edition which cost R36.00 and is now sitting in my cupboard stale. The disappointment on my little 3 year old is sad. Besides having a box of cereal that she cannot eat, you are bringing down the Frozen name. If you can not keep up to the standard please do not ruin or tarnish the name. My little girl has been waiting patiently to have this cereal is a very unhappy little girl especially at the fact that i told her she will be rewarded with that cereal after her good behavior.<br> <br> I really am disappointed in what i have received, i would appreciate a refund and some explanation for my little girl to understand why her favorite cartoon cereal is not nice.<br> <br> I await your response.You are most welcome to pick up the box however i do not have the slip but i did purchase this from Checkers Hyper Gateway.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Odel Perumal<br> ***
