Kelloggs completely ignored my complaint

I recently purchased a box of all bran flakes only to find the last third of the flakes in the box completely crushed. I emailed the consumer complaints line hoping to at least hear back an acknowledgement. I have heard nothing. I this extremely disrespectful.
