Kellogg's Coco Pops - Promotion

I have had two boxes of Promotional 'Free S****' inside the Coco Pops Cereal Box and both boxes have had no s****. After many failed attempts to get hold of the Head Office and messages. I'm now fed up as I have had no response. Explaining to a three year old he's s**** isn't in the box is no fun.....
