Kelloggs Coco Pops

I have purchased the Kellogg's Coco Pops products which I have been buying for years amongst all the other cereals. My daughter eats the Kellogg's Coco Pops every morning for breakfast. I have never experienced any problems with the product and for the first time I've had a problem with it. I purchased two boxes where I found the cereal to be hard. It was not expired. However, I sent an email to the consumer care on the 6th May 2015 and to date I have not received any response. On the 15th May, I sent another email with all the product information they would require and have still not received any feed back. I am very disappointed at their lack of concern for their customers as I do not purchase any cereal besides the Kellogg's range. Really Disappointing Indeed.
