Kellogg's BOLT and RUST FLAKES

Kellogg's BOLT Flakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I urge everyone who reads this to please be extremely careful when eating Kellogg's corn flakes. We have found a RUSTED OLD BOLT in our box of Kellogg's corn flakes. Kellogg's has taken the box and bolt for further testing. Kellogg's does not care if you or your family swallows rusted metal bolts and metal shavings, instead they will send a SMS and an Email notifying you that you have received a R90 voucher. No phone call and no further response after i expressed my absolute disgust in how the matter was handled. I have gone so far as to email the CEO in the UK directly as well as the CO of Kellogg's SA. I have stated that i do not accept their measly attempt to resolve this problem with a R90 voucher, instead i told them to take the R90 and train their staff in customer service. If one Rusted Bolt was found in a box of Kellogg's corn flakes then surly more are out there on the shelves of your local supermarket. I do not have faith in the final inspection or quality control of Kellogg's and this should have been picked up by the METAL DETECTOR and the QUALITY CONTROL team upon final inspection. What about the thousands of people who do not have the ability to report an incident like this, i honestly do not believe this is the first nor the last case.

Kellogg's Corn Flakes you have lost ONE customer today, maybe one day you will see the importance of good customer service when other fellow customers hear about your BOLT FLAKES!
