Kelloggs All Bran - customer complaint

My family and i have been loyal customers to the kellogg brand over the last 20 years. We have chose this brand over numerous others and have trusted the quality until recently after purchasing a box of kellogs all bran flakes among other cereals as well.

The cereal was so hard to chew that my family were all left with bruises on their gums and palets. Besides having to throw away the cereal , i have also spent alot of money to pay for treatment for my family and i, as we were unable to eat solid food for a few days.

When i emailed kelloggs to let them know about this , their customer service agent whose name i will not mention at this stage offered me R90 in vouchers to compensate for this which i did not accept. To date i have not had any feedback from Kelloggs on this matter which left me no choice but to write this review.

Kelloggs you clearly do not value your customers.
