Horrible customer service ever

I bought 2 x 1kg of All bran flakes from Checkers Hyper in Mayville and I found them to have a funny taste. I sent an email to let them know and the All brans flakes were collected for investigation. Ever since then, I haven't received any feedback or responses to my emails that I sent. I was in communication with Yolanda Mabaso who is now ignoring my emails. This is horrible and very unprofessional customer service ever and I would advise people to stop buying Kellogg's products unless they want to go through what I'm going through. I paid a lot of money for those All brans and I get treated like this. Totally unacceptable and uncalled for, such a big brand treating their customers like this.
