Great service... just a little slow

Thank you Kellogs for resolving my query in a polite, professional manner (Although it take longer than expected)

I recently purchased two packs (5 units ea) of Kellogs noodles from my local supermarket and proceeded to consume it a few days later.

I was dissapointed since 4 of the packets were missing the flavouring (satchet) and even more so since this is not the first time i had experienced this problem.

I contacted Kellogs via the web form on their websites where a voucher followed a heart felt apology in response to my complaint.

Thank you Kellogs. I will definitely keep an eye out for your products in future... just be abit quicker with your response time in the future.
