Dead mouse in multipack noodles

Ive written on here previously in the hope the matter would be sorted but nothing thus far. Earlier in the year i purchased kellogs two minute noodles (the multipack) at Kenilworth Checkers. To my surpise when i opened it a dead mouse fell out of it. Immediately the store was called and they wanted to refund me R20.

I logged a complaint on hellopeter to Kellogs to address the matter. I got one call to from Kellogs to say they received my complaint then i heard nothing from them again.

Nevertheless...most kellogs products are quite distasteful of late so definately no intention of buying them even though the kids love the porrides.
