Customer Service Complaint

I have tried calling Kellogs Customer help line since yesterday morning to enquire about the reason for an ongoing stockout of a particular product. Their system is to leave name and number and they will get a consultant to call you back SHORTLY. I have done this 3 times now with no response !! This is absolutely shocking customer service and the MD/CEO should be advised thereof !!
