Complain against FRB contractor under Kelloggs at Springs.

I worked for Kelloggs company under frb contract and I got injured on the 4th April 2021. I was admitted at Springs parkland hospital for an operation on archilles tendon the contractor only paid me for 3 or 4 months the 75% then it stopped. Kelloggs then intervined to force the contractor to pay but struggled. The only thing that was paid was my bills at hosp which was paid by the compensation fund. The final report was issued by the doctor whom I attended which said to I can't go to work cause this is now permanent disability now I gave the contractor a form to which he must fill for me to submit to the compensation fund he refuses to do so and this month by the 30th contract will be terminated. Pease help me I have no money to get someone to help me and L can mo longer get employed anywhere else because of this disability . I have all the supporting documents The company is in Springs.
