Cereal with Hard twisted flakes

I would like to bring to the attention of Kellogg’s that I purchased 2 x 1kg corn flakes from Checkers columbine Johannesburg and found that there were so many twisted and hard flakes. It was a real waste of money as we couldn’t eat the cereal with taking the hard twisted flakes out! What kind of brand damage are you doing to us consumers. Due to Covid we try to be efficient enough and order online but that also doesn’t give you the right to put out **** in the cereals.
