Burnt cornflakes in packet.

So it seems I can only type after rating the service I got,this is not a true reflection of how I feel like by the way. My actual rating is zero.

So I bought the "new and improved" corn flakes,the horror I saw when I poured them into the bowl. Burnt tiny crumbs in my bowl and it was not happening for the first time.Only complaining now as I can see its becoming a trend.

Kelloggs I'm so disappointed,after so many years of enjoying your brand you go and ruin it then say its improved.

Please advise further regarding the matter,I simply want to be refunded.
