Bug found inside Rice Krispies Cereal

I bought a box of Cereal at Spar in the Northcliff area last week Sunday. I found a dead bug inside the cereal when I was preparing to make it and I found this very disturbing. Now what's more disturbing is Kellog's lack of response and non interest in this issue as I have sent them email on the same day I found the bug and threw the cereal away and the remaining contents. Now with Kellog's failing to response to this does this mean this is a norm for them and they couldn't be bothered responding to how a bug landed inside their cereal?
