Black substance on my Kellog's Rice Krispies Box

Found a black substance on my rice krispies box and logged a complaint with [Email Removed] and in their response they promised to send a R40 voucher, this is not even enough to replace the 600g box that I bought, it's been over a month now since I logged a complaint and I am still waiting.
