bad customer service

<p>i bought a 400g kellogs corn flakes at Spar Noordwyk half of the packet was crushed kellogs i tried calling kellogs customer care number i did not get any assistance today i sent them an email a lady by the name of jacqualine responded she asked me to send her an L code i sent her a bar code, she asked for the L code again then i called her she told me where the l code is supposed to be , on this pack there was no Lcode she tells me that they will get back to me within 30 working days? i told her she must not contact me if its going to be 30 days i spent money to buy a useless product, i spent money to complain to them, i spent money to call her now she tells me abt 30 days? is it because im black the way she spoke to me and she just hung the phone people must stop buying corn flakes products her number is ********** </p>
