Terrible experience with Keller Williams in Cape Town

I had the worst experience renting out my property through Keller Williams. Under their watch a tenant allowed squatters into my home. In my small three-bedroomed townhouse, there were 3-4 families living in it. The damage to the property was immense, broken railings, distressed walls, cracked tiles, flaky paint - all in the space of one year. KW refused to take accountability for the damages saying that this was usual wear and tear that the landlord needs to take care of. I am still appalled at that experience. If you want a company that does their due diligence, do not go with them.
