Rotten service

Due to the sloppy work of an ***********, ************ estate agent at Keller Williams Somerset West, transfer of a house we bought was delayed for months and it took 15 months before it was registered in our name. I sent a complaint to their head office weeks ago and was assured that they will look into the matter with the branch, but no-one bothered to get back to me. The only difference between their service and the service one gets at Home Affairs, the post office etc, is the price you pay.
