Never do business with Keller Williams

I bought an apartment in Midrand with KW last year with the "assistance" of their agent Heidi Walters. When I viewed the unit, before signing the offer to purchase, we agreed that the place would be painted and cleaned upon date of registration. A note was put in the contract as part of additional terms. However, once the offer was accepted, the agent Heidi Walters completely abandoned the entire process. She had absolutely no regard for the process once I signed on the dotted line. Heidi did not even care for whether or not I received the keys to the apartment once registration was done. I had to make arrangements with the seller's agent and the complex manager to gain access to the unit. Keller Williams is definitely not a company I would recommend anyone does business with. They only care about making a sale and have absolutely no regard for your interests once they get their commission.
