Lying Pretoria East agent

We bought a house through a KW Edge agent dealing with the Pretoria, Garsfontein areas. I am pregnant so we were hoping for registration in December, but as things did not work out that way we were more than happy to wait. We only requested 2 things, we asked if we can paint the place so long and cut the grass ourselves. Now all of a sudden the answer to both is NO, because the agent gave false information to the owners of the house we bought. He made them believe we need to take occupation on the 15th of December. But this was news to me as we never discussed this, it was never put on paper. This meant the agent told the owners they need to be out. He is now accusing us that we ****, but I spoke to the attorney and even they agreed that no pressure or arrangements were discussed for any occupation before registration. This is so ridiculous, now the grass is growing so long at our new place that has not registered yet, and the agent is saying we cannot go cut it, I then told him well in that case the current owner needs to cut it as it is still on their name. and he is saying no, he will not get involved because they are mad at us for something we did not do. And that is commit to moving in before registration. This agent is out of control, and lying to everyone.
