Lydia van der Merwe KW Pivot complaint

Me and my wife went to the South Coast Kwa-Zulu Natal Lydia van der Merwe took us to view property's. Found a house that we like signed the OTP. Waited 6 days after the owner signed the OTP the specail conditions where never added when the transfer lawyer e mailed me. We phone Rolo Armer her principal at KW Pivot Pretoria he agreed the transaction will be canceled it did not happen . The transfer lawyer said the owner choice it's a lie no property act exist under that law. Lydia van der Merwe also said over the phone we must pay R1200 per extra adment to the transfer lawyer .This is unacceptable Lydia van set Merwe is a intern agent confirm by the Estate agency board. There are no office for KW Pivot on the south coast no princepal. I request that this matter be resolved and the transaction be canceled.
