KWSA Chris Koch

Absolutely terrible experience dealing with Keller Williams .

We recently purchased a new property and unfortunately had to deal with Chris Koch ,a agent at Keller Williams Roodepoort whom at first offered fantastic advice as well as service , we then discovered some major damage to the property (hidden at the time ) that was not made known / not declared , of course Chris as well as the seller was well aware of these damages that was supposed to be declared but due to his incompetence and lack of honesty it was not .

Quite clear that he knew he was at the wrong when he offered to pay for the damages until the quotes was sent through to him , of course now he wants nothing to do with it and still awaiting feedback.

Spare yourself all the unnecessary inconvenience and STAY AWAY !!
