Keller Williams South Africa

We bought a house with 1 year occupation rent to get all in order, we got the worst service ever the agent only cared about the recent owner and not about the new owner, the current owner is behind on his electric bill and refused to get it sorted, so we had no electricity we had to use a generator and we used a solar system. We were given 24 hours to move out and we were told that if we don't move that we will be sorry and helped. The place was in a terrible state, and we started to fix the place as we really wanted to buy. All the wiring in from the switch board were cut and in the roof it was pulled out, there were not plug or light switch covers, and all the taps were off. We lived there for nearly 5 Months and the agent still does not care. I will never buy or even suggest any one to use Keller Williams agents again, unless if you want to sit with your hands in your hair from the beginning, as the agents does not care. I have plenty of photos to show before and after we moved out.
