Do not use this company. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you as a client then bring you the worst tenants - their vetting process is poor. They interfere in the landlord-tenant relationship even when given no mandate to so. They bad mouth the landlord with the tenants and their tenants do not pay. I'm having an issue with a tenant that they placed for 6 months. They take no responsibility - check Hellopeter for the real reviews because some of the reviews ON GOOGLE are by staff that work there. The agent we used was Lady Azwi - a real sweet talker that disappears after she collects commission then you have to deal with a terrible tenant.
