DON’T USE KELLER WILLIAMS (KWSA) CENTURION TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY.

I had engaged Andries Kruger from KWSA CENTURION to sell my property. In MARCH 2021 I signed an offer to purchase. It has literally been almost 5 MONTHS and the sale for my property has still not gone thro’.

Andries Kruger did not explain the tax payment from my side after the sale and when questioned about it, he referred me to his MANAGER who told me that their commission will be payable either way so I can pull out if I want to.

The transferring attorney’s and registration attorney’s that KWSA use are a bunch of bullies who threaten you into repairing defects that were declared on the OFFER TO PURCHASE. I had to engage an attorney to respond on my behalf. My attorney rep**** on my behalf saying that I am not liable for any of the repairs
