Disappointment
Recently had a really terrible experience with KW Eden agent that refused to give in my full asking price OTP for a house to a seller because he had kept it aside for someone close to him and wanted to wait for them to put in an OTP too. His principal backed him in his actions and fought us from every angle. Needless to say Nr.2 got the deal and we lost out even though our OTP was submitted 2 days ahead of theirs.
0/10 would NOT recommend doing business with places like this.
