Agents we bought our new home.from has not followed up with regards to our property conditions report and was ********* in the process and to date no one has called me back as I called the office on Wednesday and was waiting for a manager to call me regarding this complain. Sections of the property has not been approved nor on plans at COJ as we had asked and was only advise on one section which was not completed on the property. After having a conversation with the agent he than told us that he would ask the seller to have the matter resolved. To date has not followed up nor called us back.
