Aggressive and useless

The initial meeting with the "team" was impressive. I was told how many of their agents would be working on selling the house, and how great KW are. But then the lead agent kisses my mouth on the lips, and refers to me as "boy". And after all the "we will get so many people through here!", they brought one couple. Their profile pictures of the house were taken on a mobile phone and it looked like it. They are aggressive to get a mandate, but worthless after the fact. ***PLEASE*** read the contract carefully, especially the part that says that, if you sell the house by yourself, you still have to pay them commission.
