Suspected ****!!!!!!!!!!! KELLER WILLIAMS SOUTH AFRICA (SELECT)

**** i recently purchased property in Randburg under Keller Williams Select through their agent Tebogo David Chauke. He asked me to pay the Lawyers fees into his personal Capitec bank Account and he will transfer it to them, totalling R27k in April 2019. to date he has not done it , he heowver argues that the funds were paid to the lawyers for the transfer costs. and now he tells me even if its paid to the lawyers the owner of the property refuses to sign the property over. I have been waiting for him to send me the proof of payment for the payment he made to the lawyers and he is dilly dallying. I have tried to contact the office on ********** 223 spoke to Kelly-Ann who refused to give me contact person who can handle this query. told me to send an email to Piaan Gouws who is Tebogos manager. And this was wrong information provided by this receptionist.
