Bad service

I rented a property throuhg Keller Willaims SA in Witbank. It was a bad experience. I multiple times I only received rent after 3 months (even though the tenant usually paid them on time), and when I follow-up they are rude. Throughout the 4 years I had multiple repair requests, no money was ever used from the security deposit. Once the tenant moved out there were a number of things that were supposed to be repaired but the agents were quick to say that it is wear and tear (even though they were not at the inspection ). I never saw the safety deposit and when I read the other reviews I can see that the safety deposit is also not returned to the client. Both the tenant and I ended up being frustrated.
