Keller Williams Witbank "talk is cheap"

<p>Everybody that has a property knows the risk when renting out. After the previous R100 000 repair of our house (as a result of our previous realtor SEEFF Witbank, that hasn't inspected our house in four years and the tenants disappearing overnight), we changed our realtor to Keller Williams Witbank. WHAT A MISTAKE! New tenant that wants to run a business from the property. Then comes the calls from neighbours and other agents that the property is a mess. I drive to Witbank only to discover the house is used as a as a commune, people sleeping in numbers on the floor, no electricity, garden looks like a jungle, swimming pool an absulute ********, walls and carpets so dirty, laundry everywhere. I contact the realtor. They come to the property. "Shocked", with promises of immediate action and repair. Two months later, same scenario. Neighbours call etc. Inspect again, worse situation. Again promises of action against tenants... So this week same scenario...neighbours call. I am furious. Call realtor again, talk to the principle, that will go inspect and call me back. That was three days ago...again, no action. I am bound by contract for a year lease. How much will my repair cost be then, as the deposit will not cover a fraction of what has to be repaired already.</p> <p>Then it comes to payment. Although the rent is payed to the realtor, it took me 3 months of begging them to pay my portion before the 7th of each month ( as stated in oyr contract) . That has now been sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p>NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM AS YOUR REALTOR! Empty promises and serious headaches to follow.</p>
