Useless assistance one sided and unprofessional!

<p>I have been renting a house on a six month lease, for the entire five months I have lived in the premises it has leaked through the roof, the aluminium windows were poorly designed and have 7 to 10 mm gaps allowing water to flood the floor. I was promised from day one that these issues and many others, including the dstv dish that took them three months to put back on the wall. I have many e mails at the end now indicating my dissatisfaction. I asked for the lease to be nullified as no maintenace was done and I move out one month early. I have emails from Keller Williams in agreement that what happens to us was definately off sides and they would try get us out of the contact. The owner refused and Keller Williams changed there tune and are demanding rent for the last month. I asked them to meet me at the house when the maintenace man came around so that I could prove defects, they were a no show. I have refused to pay rent for the last month until the house is repaired to a livable state. They are now trying to bend me over a barrel with thretning emails. I will not use your company again. For one -the clause in your contact that states no matter what happens to the premises rent must be paid. That is ******ion when no maintenence gets done! </p>
