<p>A property was advertised with a parking bay, after the sale, I discovered there that there was NO parking bay.</p> <p>The property was misrepresented to lure unsuspecting buyers; the advert was changed after the sale and transfer.</p> <p>I had to park car in the streets until I made plans for my car, and no one at Keller Williams responded to my many emails, until I reported them to the Estate Agency Affairs Board. My emails have been ignored at Keller Williams of the South and at their Head office.</p> <p>The company protected the agent; and they still are protecting her, even after she was found guilty by the EAAB. Six months later, the company has disregarded the sanction of the EAAB. It is clear that they are not interested in a resolution.</p> <p>I cannot even count the number of times I have been **** to and the amount of arrogance I have had to deal with.</p> <p>Keller Williams, has no customer service, if they do I have NOT experienced it, all they care about is a sale, as soon at the OTP is signed, you will be left in the cold, alone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
