Sam James at Keller Williams - Keep your eye on this one

I received a call from a Lady named Sam James at Keller Williams on my private ad I posted which stated no Agents!!!

She was well spoken and said she had the perfect client for my property. She asked me to send pictures so that she could send it to her client. I was happy to do that and said to her that I had 2 other Realtors interested in listing my property.

I messaged her a bit later that day and asked her when her client would like to view and her response was that she is waiting for a response.

To my surprise I woke to see my property listed on Property 24 and Private Property with Sam James as the Agent????

I did not give her permission to market my property!!! I said I was happy to let her bring a client to see my house. She did not even ask to meet up with me and discuss whether I would like my property advertised with Keller Williams as the Agency.

This now puts a bad name towards Keller Williams and I will be not dealing with them at all because of Sam James.
