POOR SERVICE

I have been buying a property through Keller Williams Realty, I did not get the property but I have paid the deposit, the lawyers have no record of the deposit being paid and Lina (the estate agent) cannot give me answers. This is the 3rd day that I am waiting for the refund to be done. I am terribly disappointed as they do not see the urgency of assisting me. The property is already on the market again but my money is still not paid..
