Not ideal if you are a first time buyer

As a new home owner I expected a little more assistance and information from the agents assisting me. Both Karen Williams and Annelize Pieterse were very sweet to me initially but things took a turn when I signed the offer to purchase. They would be rude to me because the seller would be putting pressure on them for whatever he wanted. They have not even contacted me in months yet I am still in the process of registering my property.

If I could start over I would have not signed the Offer to Purchase. My bond attorney has been the one assisting me with everything. I have asked her numerous questions regarding buying a house for the first time.

I am an investor so I am looking to buy more property but I would not work with Keller Williams again.
