Keller Williams disappoints

I am very disappointed in this company especially the estate agent Annatjie Erasmus and the manager Niël Cronje. At the time of viewing the property, I highlighted some damage and included it in the offer letter. At the time of transfer, I discovered that none of these issues had been addressed. The estate agent made promises to fix it but it came to nothing. My complaints to the manager was ignored. It has now been more than 4 months and nothing has been done. I would advise people against working with Keller Williams in Pretoria.
