Integrity out the door!!!

<p>I am beyond annoyed at having to chase an agent from Keller Williams Explore Properties (Bryanston) by the name of Suzette January for almost 2 months to pay for an error she made on our offer to purcahse. She found a buyer or our house and even though we gave her strict instructions that the water feature in the house was not part of the offer to purhcase and that we would be taking it with us, she did not convey this inforamtion to the buyer. As a form of compromise, she aksed it we would please return the water feature and she would replace it for us with a new one. We agreed and promptly returned it to the property. This was mid-April. After weeks of no replacement water feature, i asked to instead to pay us R2000 (far below the value of a new water feature) instead which she agreed to do. This was at the beginning of May. After still no payment, I then complained to the manager of this branch Estelle van der Merwe who took 2 weeks to come back to me. After finally threatening to lodge a complaint against them both to the Estate Agency Affairs Board, Estelle assured me on Monday this week (3rd June) that payment would be made today. I insisted on a payment proof by 10am this morning. Low and behold, no payment in site and then Suzette has the audasity to tell me she's working on it. I've simply had enough!</p>
