Incompetence

We have recently been informed that the property we are staying in is being sold. The couple that bought the place, bought with the intent to rent out. Keller Williams properties are dealing with their purchase, what upsets me most is the way the agent handled this, or lack thereof. After that we could not get a hold of him, the office number does not work and the agent does not answer his phone.
