Honestyt and integrity

<p>In May 2016 I signed a mandate with one of Keller Williams agents to sell my house.We agreed that he get a commission of 7%My house was sold in July and I moved out at the end of October 2016.I received a statement of payment from the attorneys and that is when I realised that Keller Williams took commission of 9%.I phoned the their agent whom I signed with to find out why they took 9% instead of 7%.He told me about VAT and it was the first time he explained that they have to charge me VAT and I had a meeting with the admin lady who said I signed for 8% plus VAT .She said Keller Williams will pay me what is due to me but there is no money in the deal because everyone has been paid, they have to get the money from somewhere. Itse been a week since they promised to pay me. When I phone to find out when will they pay me I was told that the manager has travelled overseas and today no one answered the phone. It was playing music .I want Keller Williams to pay me what is due to me as soon as possible</p>
