I would just like to leave a 5 star rating for Roscoe Jacobs. He pulled off something that doesn't happen often!

I had listed my property for sale with another agency on 26 September 2020. I needed my property to be sold in order for my transaction on another property to be finalized. OTP stated that I needed to sell before 30 November 2020. I was really anxious and needed a buyer as I needed things to move on swiftly in order not to lose the property I was already approved for.

Roscoe is also the agent whom I am buying the other property from so I asked him to list my property as a second agent to see if we can speed up the process. He took pictures and listed my property on 11 October 2020... By 14 October 2020 we got a buyer, signed an OTP. Bank property evaluation was done last week, 20 October 2020. Today it's 27 October 2020 and my buyer got a final approval from ABSA.

I am definitely going to recommend Roscoe to anyone who's wanting to buy their dream property or sell their existing one :)
