Property Maintenance / Deposit Refund

Report of multiple property maintenance required ignored by property agency manager. On cancellation of contract inspection on rental property was done only two weeks later and repayment of deposit an additional one and a half weeks after that. Facilities / objects maintaining to the house that was broken or in non working order when I moved in, I was held responsible for and deducted from my deposit.
