Don't use Kella Prince in Nelspruit

Hi,<br> <br> Me and my fiance moved to Nelspruit from Pretoria. We were now renting through Kella Prince, a place that was not big enough for our pets so we were looking for something bigger anyhow.<br> <br> When we got to the unit, it was VERY dirty and there were a lot of issues with this place. We constantly had to follow up about things ourselves seeing as the agency just did not keep us in the loop and we basically had to beg them for certain things like the tap in the kitchen was about to burst and no one came out for a long time to fix it until I eventually got angry and got on the phone with the agency. The checklist we sent them listed a couple of things that were broken when we moved in and yet they wanted to deduct it from our deposit. We made an effort like always to leave the place spotless and yet they want to charge us for cleaning services. They constantly have excuses for their bad service. We have spoken to the previous tenant who rented through kella prince as well and they said they will never rent through them again because they are *****s and they give the worst service ever. I will never rent through them ever again and would advise anyone to stay away from them.
