Terribly unprofessional and unresponsive

The service at Kellaprince was nothing short of atrocious. We were in Nelspruit for a limited time and were very interested in a specific property. This was still available on the website and according to the real estate agent. She promised she would book a viewing and after being completely unresponsive, on our very last day, we went to the offices to demand some answers. She refused to see us or speak to us even though she was sitting at her desk where we could see her! and we were informed that the property had been sold and they had been doing the paperwork for 2 weeks! Annelie Wessels, your manners are absolutely disgusting and because of you Kellaprince will lose a lot of business. Will not recommend this agency to any of our friends or family.
