Quick to take deposits but find every excuse under the sun to withhold

Very disappointed in the Nelspruit Kellaprince. I had a telephonic discussion with the manager and she told me she was busy sorting out her bank app on her cell phone. All I was trying to do was sort out the deposit for my daughter that they were withholding. The reasons for the monies being withheld do still not make 100% sense to me. Definitely use someone else if it's at all possible.
